The reception team welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They even gave us an upgrade for our anniversary. we stayed on the 7th floor, and the views of the bay were fine. luckily, the weather was nice, and i got to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. breakfast offered a plentiful choice. Everyone i encountered was so lovely.

the check-in process seemed a bit lengthy. it wasn't a major issue, but it added a slight delay to our arrival.

the location offered an easy walk to and from the millennium centre, accommodating our theatre trip. it provided a direct seaside setting, approximately ten minutes by car from the city centre, a great benefit. the hotel has the best views.

I went to tir a mor for a sunday roast after a walk down the bay. the food was great. It was very well presented, and the staff provided excellent customer service. the breakfast provided a variety of hot and tasty food.

Kanchan provided an really good bespoke massage, tailoring the treatment perfectly to address my specific aches and pains. This provided much-needed relaxation. My room offered a lovely view. The pool and spa were excellent facilities. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.
